Aqua Fitness incorporates anything done in a pool – literally! Although at Inspire we teach classic ‘aqua’ classes that build aerobic endurance and muscle strength, set to music, we can also offer swimming coaching and training to adults and children alike. Qualified with the A.S.A, Teresa has vast experience in teaching swimming to complete beginners, including children.
