At Inspire we teach a number of different group fitness classes and there really is something for everyone! Step, Urban Funk, Street Dance, Weights based classes – the list, although not endless, is extensive!
Most of these classes are currently taught through gyms, where membership is usually essential, but we are looking at also being able to offer independent classes, so please do contact us (link) if you would like to see them in your area!

Gone are the days of ‘feeling the burn’ and ‘no pain, no gain’ (thankfully!) And with them, we’re rather pleased to say, are legwarmers and towelling headbands. Instead, today’s group fitness classes offer fantastic aerobic and body conditioning, set to cool, contemporary music. No posing allowed (only from the instructors!) and classes that suit everyone and every fitness goal. Come and have a go!
