We got inspired! July 2008

We really hope you love our funky new site as much as we do! It has been a great project for us, and thank you so much to all the clients that willingly provided the testimonials that make such a difference. We realise fitness can seem like a scary concept for many people, and we wanted to create a feeling that it can be achievable, interesting and actually enjoyable – our clients have proved this through the great things they’ve said! If you would like to see which classes we currently offer, and where and when they are, then click here to see the timetable. If you would like to try a free session, then just contact us and we will be delighted to help!

Race for Life, Bedford July 2009

Yet again, there was a fantastic turnout for Race for Life in Bedford, and Teresa was delighted to lead the warm up and see so many women running for such a good cause. We’ve nearly all been affected by cancer, and an event like Race for Life acts as a fantastic reminder of the lives affected by this omnipresent disease, and also helps to make a real, positive difference. It’s not too late to donate to Race for Life – donations can be made here
