All our training is personal! By that, of course we don’t mean we spend all our time in one-to-one sessions, but our approach is always based on the individual, even in classes.

We recognise that everyone has a different ability, skill set and comfort level, and in our personal training, as in our classes, we work with you to make sure you get the most from your fitness training.
